Sr Software Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Software Engineer to drive product and application development. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in agile environments, and a collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to full‑cycle software development.
• Deliver high‑quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
• Guide teams through agile ceremonies and milestones.
• Collaborate across teams and foster strong stakeholder engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years in software development, analysis, and testing.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Hands‑on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Exposure to ETL, data migration, and enterprise content management systems.
• Solid understanding of SaaS and cloud computing.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
