Sr Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Pega Customer Service (Pega CS) to design, build, and enhance customer interaction and service applications on Pega Infinity.

CSA , CSSA certifications are mandatory. Having CLSA is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Pega Customer Service Interaction Portal, Interaction Flows, Customer Composite, and Service Cases
• Configure Interaction Drivers, Intent Tasks, and Microjourneys within the Pega CS framework
• Implement omnichannel features such as Web Messaging, Chat, Email Bot, and Self‑Service
• Integrate CTI platforms (Avaya/Cisco/Genesys/Amazon Connect) including screen-pop and call control features
• Design data models, API integrations (REST/SOAP), data pages, UI rules, and reusable components
• Ensure guardrail compliance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting across environments
• Collaborate with business teams, QA, and architects to ensure high‑quality delivery

Required Skills

• 6–12 years of hands‑on Pega PRPC development experience
• Strong experience with Pega Customer Service (Pega CS) framework (mandatory)
• Proficiency in case management, UI, integrations, data pages, decision rules, and OOTB CS components
• Experience with Pega 8.x / Infinity and Agile/Scrum delivery

Preferred Skills

• Pega certifications: CSSA, Pega Customer Service Specialist. Having CLSA is an advantage.
• Experience in Digital Messaging, Voice AI, chatbots, or NLP-driven CS capabilities
• Knowledge of CTI adapters, Pega Knowledge Management, or CDM (Customer Data Model)
