Job Summary
- We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 7-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL web applications with : react node frameworks rdbms APIs ci-cd AWS. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is mandatory. This hybrid role requires occasional travel and operates during day shifts.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software applications that meet business requirements.
- Ensure the scalability performance and reliability of applications through thorough testing and optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the development process.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
- Develop and execute unit tests integration tests and performance tests to ensure the robustness of applications.
- Document technical designs processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software development activities.
- Possess a strong understanding of AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Demonstrate experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining scalable high-performance applications.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Display strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Be able to mentor and guide junior developers promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
- Show willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role.
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure adherence to security and data protection standards in all development activities.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
