Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in React JS and Asset & Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in React JS and Asset & Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of React JS and domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
- Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Have 6 to 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on React JS.
- Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git.
- Have experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Display excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Have a strong understanding of web development principles.
- Show ability to work in a hybrid work model.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Possess strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Show commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
