We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL Mongo db kafka spring boot The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java + react mongo db kafka spring boot .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Implement best practices in software development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
- Support the deployment and monitoring of applications in a hybrid work model.
- Possess strong experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and development.
