- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Spring Boot and Java ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in software development including code reviews testing and documentation to ensure high standards of quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to enhance system performance.
- Participate in the design and architecture of software systems contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs ensuring software solutions align with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users addressing any issues or concerns related to software functionality.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines ensuring timely delivery of software solutions.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance software development processes and methodologies.
- Possess strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Java with a proven track record of successful software development projects.
- Demonstrate experience in the Cards & Payments domain with a solid understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Show strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends.
