We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Possess a strong proficiency in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Show strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Hold a relevant certification in AWS or Java to validate technical expertise.
