Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that all software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other team members as needed.
- Possess a strong technical background with 10 to 13 years of experience in Java.
- Demonstrate expertise in software development including design development testing and deployment.
- Have experience in Program Management is a plus.
- Show proficiency in identifying and resolving performance issues and bugs.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Display the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
- Have a passion for software development and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Show the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
