Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java, Springboot, Microservices, Redux, Saga, Hooks along with domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java, Springboot, Microservices, Redux, Saga, Hooks along with domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS Spring Boot and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the scalability performance and reliability of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer to develop solutions that meet industry standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
- Document technical specifications system designs and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Hands on Coding experience in Java, Spring Framework, React JS with Redux SAGA, MUI5; Middleware: Webservices – Microservices, Spring Boot, Back End: MongoDB / SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL
- Testing – Mockito, Junit, JEST, JACOCO; DevOps – Jenkins, Azure, Docker, GitHub.
- Development Methodology / Engineering Practices – Agile (SCRUM / KANBAN / SAFE)
