Sr. Software Engineer – DevOps (Salesforce / Copado)

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1 - Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications using Copado.
2 - Administer, configure, and optimize Copado environments to streamline development and release processes.
3 - Automate deployment, testing, static code analysis, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
4 - Manage and troubleshoot complex CI/CD pipeline issues, ensuring timely root cause analysis and resolution.
5 - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Apex tests, UI tests) within the pipeline.
6 - Work collaboratively with IT teams to resolve deployment and technical challenges.
7 - Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance and Salesforce application health.
8 - Create and maintain technical documentation for CI/CD processes, Copado configurations, and deployment strategies.

Other Requirements:

1 - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD.

2 - 7+ years of experience in software development or DevOps engineering.

3 - Strong expertise with Copado and Jenkins.

4 - Knowledge of integrations, data migrations, and deployability of Salesforce implementations.

5 - Ability to evaluate and integrate new tools into the Salesforce DevOps ecosystem.
