: Sr. Software Engineer ( MEAN / MERN )

Experience Range : 5+ years

What is the work?

• Actively participate as a solution provider by understanding client business requirements and proposing appropriate full-stack architectures and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and backend teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Address complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and production issues proactively.
• Own application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Support effort estimations, technical proposals, solution documents, and change requests.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across frontend and backend development.
• Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable components, and process improvements.
  
  

• Core Technical Skills (MEAN / MERN)
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack.
• Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (MEAN) and/or React.js (MERN).
• Strong experience with Node.js for building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Experience with state management, component-based architecture, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience designing and proposing end-to-end solutions based on client requirements.
• Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.
• Proven experience in service-based environments handling multiple client engagements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.
• Experience supporting presales activities and technical discussions with prospective clients.
• Prior experience working on enterprise or multi-tenant applications.
