About The Role
We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer with a strong background in handling large datasets and optimizing database performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and evolving Data Warehouse structures that support BI and analytics use cases. While deep BI tool knowledge is not mandatory, a basic understanding of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer with a strong background in handling large datasets and optimizing database performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and evolving Data Warehouse structures that support BI and analytics use cases. While deep BI tool knowledge is not mandatory, a basic understanding of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large and complex datasets.
- Monitor and enhance query performance, indexing strategies, and data access patterns.
- Design and maintain schema changes in the Data Warehouse in support of BI and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with BI developers and business stakeholders to ensure data models align with reporting requirements.
- Implement and manage data pipelines for transforming and loading data into the warehouse.
- Work closely with teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL development with large datasets in enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of experience in managing and maintaining Data Warehouses (on-prem or cloud-based).
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus but not required.
Technical Skills
Must Have:
Expert-level SQL skills, including stored procedures, CTE, views, indexing, joins, partitioning, and performance tuning.
Experience with database platforms such as MS SQL Server, Azure SQL.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling.

Good To Have:
Scheduling jobs in SQL server agent
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools or frameworks like SSIS, SSAS Tabular
Basic knowledge of PowerBI
Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., C#, PowerShell) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when working with complex data models.
- Good communication skills to interact with BI/Analytics teams and business stakeholders.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
- Agile/Scrum team experience is preferred.
