Your Role:

As a Tech Lead – Full Stack Development, you will:

• Lead end-to-end software development – from architecture to deployment.
• Build scalable, high-performance applications using React.js & Node.js.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and containerized deployments.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

✔ 8+ years in Full Stack Development (React.js & Node.js expertise).
✔ Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
✔ Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
✔ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP for cloud-based deployments.
✔ Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
✔ Agile mindset – experience with JIRA for sprint planning & tracking.
✔ Leadership skills – ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a team.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

• TypeScript for scalable frontend/backend development.
• Experience with Next.js, Express.js, NestJS frameworks.
• Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools and integrating AI-driven solutions.

Pay: ₹965,156.48 - ₹2,361,541.89 per year
