Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate a complex, multi-factorial biotech project that spans engineering, molecule development, and clinical collaboration. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills to ensure the project remains on track, on budget, and meets key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across engineering, R&D (molecule development), and clinical research teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal departments and external partners (e.g., CROs, academic collaborators, clinical sites).

3. Budget & Resource Management

• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and spending forecasts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring project milestones are met within approved budgetary frameworks.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain regular communication with scientific, commercial, and clinical stakeholders to update on project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment.
• Lead project meetings, circulate agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items to closure.

5. Risk Management & Problem-Solving

• Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks and develop contingency plans.
• Work with technical teams to resolve complex issues related to engineering designs, molecule development, or clinical protocols.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track progress against milestones and KPIs, using project management tools to provide real-time visibility into status, costs, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience. Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences settings is preferred, however, not required.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
• Strong command of project management tools.

• Adept at building relationships and facilitating effective collaboration among diverse teams.

· Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to translate technical project details into actionable plans, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions.

· Adaptability & Time Management:

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
• Flexible and resourceful, able to pivot priorities to meet shifting project demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,740,488.00 - ₹2,349,475.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
