We are seeking a skilled backend developer with a strong foundation in system performance optimization, microservices architecture, and modern backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of scalable system design, efficient data querying, and cloud-native practices.

- Experience in building efficient and scalable web projects: Ability to design websites that are optimized for speed, memory usage, and performance under load.
- Hands-on experience with Redis and Elasticsearch: Should have used Redis for caching and real-time data handling, and Elasticsearch for fast data search and analytics.
- Proficiency in writing optimized data fetching queries: Capable of analyzing and improving SQL or NoSQL queries for performance and reliability.
- Strong understanding of API design and RESTful services: Skilled in designing clean, scalable APIs that adhere to RESTful architecture principles.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture: Experience in building and maintaining applications using microservices for scalability and modularity.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes : Ability to containerize applications using Docker and manage them using Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
- Experience in analyzing and improving system architecture: Should have a track record of assessing system designs and implementing improvements for better performance and maintainability.
- Knowledge of building high availability and fault-tolerant systems: Capable of designing systems that remain operational and resilient in case of failures or high traffic.
- Strong understanding of backend performance optimization: Comfortable identifying bottlenecks and applying best practices to optimize backend services.
- Exposure to scalable and distributed system design: Familiarity with techniques to horizontally or vertically scale services to handle increased workloads.
- Professional Self Up-skilling: Working towards the next level in your career at KraftPixel: Team Lead (3 - 5 years)
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience of frontend & backend development in NextJS; brownie points if you have any exposure in working with any performance & SEO optimized headless CMS.
- Has working knowledge about how to optimize for Pagespeed score.
- Excellent working knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS and JS.
- Great googling & problem solving skills.
- Good English speaking and writing skills are mandatory
