What You Will Do:

You will drive predictable delivery across HCM scrum teams composed of product analysts and engineers by enabling strong Agile and Scrum practices and facilitating all core ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. You will partner closely with product and engineering to ensure clear priorities, readiness of work, and alignment to business outcomes, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams and stakeholders. You will support release planning and execution, ensuring teams are prepared for on‑time, high‑quality releases, and provide transparency into delivery through effective communication, metrics, and continuous improvement, while coaching teams to strengthen Agile maturity and accountability.

An ideal candidate: you should be strong, adaptable leader who thrives in a hybrid Agile environment, confidently navigating ambiguity while driving results, making decisions, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Must communicate with clarity and purpose, bring a solid understanding of Agile/PI Planning, and continuously demonstrate a strong ability to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Agile environment

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset / training / experience

• SAFe or equivalent SM certification preferred

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enable effective delivery within a hybrid agile model

• Drive sprint planning, capacity planning, estimating, and commitments to deliver business value.

• Partner closely with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and schedule backlog items and support ART and release readiness.

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and impediments, escalating issues as appropriate.

• Collaborate across the ART with internal and external teams to enable coordinated delivery.

• Track delivery progress using metrics, KPIs, time tracking, and tools to ensure accountability and transparency.

• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging team feedback, retrospectives, and metrics to improve flow, predictability, and team effectiveness over time.

• Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills, effective problem‑solving, a drive for results, and the ability to operate confidently in ambiguity while supporting multiple teams delivering complex work.
