EXPERIENCE ? 6-8 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4 years in a Test Lead role ? Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience, especially in large?scale transformation or modernization programs (demonstrated through Work Experience and/or Certification) ? Proven experience in System Integration Testing across multiple applications and vendors ? Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs (REST), message queues, and integration patterns ? Experience with test management and defect management tools - JIRA, ALM/Octane ? Hands on experience in leading / implementing at least 3+ mid-size Automation projects ? Hands-on experience in leading teams for Indian and/or International Clients in Telecom sector ? Experience in managing Agile and Waterfall projects ? Good knowledge / experience in Performance Testing / Engineering ? Good communication skills, managing stakeholder expectations, reporting skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES • Project Management - Work with the Program Manager / SME to Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control the Project, Review of Test Scenarios & Test Cases, Plan for Work Allocation across teams • Drive the System Integration Testing (Functional & Regression), Automation & Performance strategy for OSS/BSS transformation, including scope, approach, environments, test data, entry/exit criteria, defect management, regression strategy, and risk mitigation aligned to microservices and CI/CD pipelines. Supporting the business users’ team for the UAT sign offs • Microservices & Integration Validation - Lead testing across API?based integrations, event?driven architectures, asynchronous flows, ensuring correctness of end?to?end business processes / journeys • Stakeholder Management - Interactions with the customer and their partners – requirements, defects, clarifications, etc. • Automation Strategy & Governance - work closely with the Automation Lead to define and govern the Automation Testing strategy, focusing on servic
