Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development using Laravel, React, and occasionally Node.js.
• Architect backend and frontend systems with scalability and performance in mind.
• Build secure APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, CCAvenue).
• Design efficient database schemas and optimize large data handling through query
  
  

optimization, asynchronous processing, caching, indexing, and incremental loading.

• Use GitHub or Bitbucket for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Implement features using advanced Laravel concepts like middleware, accessors, mutators,
  
  

factories, and soft deletes for robust and scalable applications.

• Perform peer code reviews and give constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor junior developers and support continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Laravel (Latest version) : Advanced knowledge including routing, Eloquent ORM, queues, event handling, API creation
• React.js (Latest version) : Strong in component-based design, hooks, state management
  
  

(Redux/Zustand)

• Python, Wordpress, React.js
• Node.js : (Preferred) For API services, real-time applications, or microservices
• Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Payment Gateway Integration : Experience with at least one - Stripe, CCAvenue, or Razorpay
• Version Control : GitHub / Bitbucket
