Roles and Responsibilities
· Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems
· Upgrading, installing, and configuring Firewall & application software and computer hardware
- Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and documentation
- Office 365 administration and Microsoft Exchange 2013 and higher administration
- Windows Server Management and administration
- Advanced Desktop Troubleshooting
· Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
· Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts
· Performing regular security tests and security monitoring
· Maintaining networks and network file systems
· Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices.
· Ensure data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place.
· Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
· Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors for system improvements and issue resolution.
- Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹246,000.00 - ₹421,176.00 per year
