Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and operating systems (Windows /Mac OS Work in Linux is a Plus).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Provide Level 1/2 support for system and network-related tickets.
- Apply updates, patches, and security configurations as needed.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations.
- Document configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in a System or Network Engineer role.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
