Job Responsibilities

As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure and client environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining Linux servers and ensuring their performance, reliability, and security.
• Providing support for VoIP systems and resolving related technical issues.
• Offering web hosting support and handling website-related technical queries.
• Managing customer interactions via chat, email, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms.
• Administering and supporting email servers, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining office networks and IT devices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Participating in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
• Ensuring timely responses and resolution of IT issues to maintain system uptime.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and support tools.
• Hands-on experience with web hosting platforms (cPanel, CyberPanel, etc.).
• Ability to manage CRM/ticketing systems and email communication.
• Familiarity with email servers such as Postfix, Exim, or SmarterMail.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
