Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator Executive to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Provide timely technical support and assistance to users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware.
• Conduct OS installations (Windows, Ubuntu, etc.) and system upgrades.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain and ensure proper inventory tracking of all IT assets.
• Assist in maintaining and managing firewall and network security systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their IT requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Ubuntu operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and system installations.
• Familiarity with firewall management and basic network security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
