Overview
Location: Trivandrum
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, PCs, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness.
- Apply OS updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Support office IT infrastructure (printers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.).
- Document configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
Requirements:
Basic IT/network troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
