The Opportunity
UST is looking for System Administrator.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation. Experience working in data center or enterprise IT environments.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, CCNA are a plus.

The Opportunity
UST is looking for System Administrator.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, desktops, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using standard tools.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates for OS and applications.
- Support virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services as required. Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network issues in collaboration with IT support teams.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with compliance audits, IT security checks, and inventory tracking.
- Provide technical support to end-users and ensure timely resolution of escalated tickets
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals. Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of backup solutions, patch management, and system monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
