Overview

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Security

• Manage firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), network security, VLANs, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Implement email security, penetration testing, malware scanning, and Trellix DLP & Endpoint Protection.

Server, Workstation & Patch Management

• Install, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Active Directory.
• Automate patch management and enforce secure data transfer policies.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Implement cloud/local backups, ensuring GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Validate disaster recovery plans, offsite backups, and failover sites.

Laboratory Equipment Software & Connectivity

• Install, validate, and manage HPLC, GC, LIMS, DMS, ELN, Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Coagulation Systems.
• Implement audit trails, data integrity validation, and real-time backup.
• Secure network connectivity of lab instruments, restricting unauthorized access.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Implement audit trails, version control, and controlled access for GLP data.
• Conduct IT risk assessments, enforce ISO 18925 compliance, and validate data integrity.

IT Support & Documentation

• Provide L2/L3 support, maintain SOPs, and conduct security audits.
• Oversee BMS integration, environmental monitoring, and system risk assessments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
