Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Executive to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist in server management, system monitoring, user support, and basic IT security while learning and growing within the IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and software applications
• Monitor system performance and help troubleshoot issues related to servers, networks, and applications
• Support implementation of basic security measures to protect IT systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats
• Perform routine data backups and assist with disaster recovery activities to ensure system availability
• Manage user accounts and access permissions (create, modify, and deactivate users)
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and resolve help desk tickets within defined SLAs
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees with system access and IT setup
• Collaborate with IT team members and other departments for system upgrades and new technology implementations
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Stay updated with emerging IT technologies, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
• Familiarity with hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting
• Basic awareness of IT security concepts (firewalls, antivirus, access control)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,829.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month
