System Administrator Assitant

Overview

Join our dynamic IT team to support ERP implementation and daily system operations. You’ll assist in configuring ERP modules, managing IT assets, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and supporting application development and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ERP implementation (configuration, training, customization)
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain IT asset register and monitor network performance
• Support application development (MS Access/Excel, macros) and data analysis (MS Power BI)
• Provide cross-departmental technical support, including digital marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems (general ERP experience is sufficient) and system administration
• Proficient in MS Access, Excel (macros), and MS Power BI
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
