Khelo Tech & Strategy Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of sports technology solutions, working with marquee clients such as the National Games of India, Khelo India Games, All India Police Control Board, and international leagues. We build large-scale, mission-critical platforms for sports management, event execution, and data-driven decision-making.

To strengthen our technology backbone, we are looking for an experienced System Architect who can design scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for our projects.

Role Overview:

The System Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the technical architecture of Khelo Tech’s sports technology platforms. This role requires balancing innovation with reliability, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and capable of supporting large-scale national and international sporting events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business and functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical architecture and design.
• Create system blueprints, architecture diagrams, and documentation for new and existing projects.
• Define the technology stack, frameworks, and integration methods best suited for sports-tech platforms (registration portals, live scoring systems, video analytics, event management tools, etc.).
• Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for high performance, especially during large-scale national/international sporting events with lakhs of concurrent users.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and operations to guide implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Lead integration of multiple systems (web, mobile apps, APIs, IoT devices, and live dashboards).
• Establish coding, testing, and deployment standards aligned with best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and suggest adoption to enhance Khelo Tech’s product offerings.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to developers and engineers.

Technical Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a system/solution architect role.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-level, large-scale, high-availability systems.

Strong knowledge of:

• Backend: Node.js, Java, or similar technologies.
• Frontend: React/Angular.
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS/Azure/GCP, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Security Standards: Authentication, data encryption, access controls.
• API Integrations: REST, GraphQL, third-party APIs.
• Experience in real-time systems (live data, scoring, analytics) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

Location : Saket, Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
