Responsibilities
The Team:
As a core member of the Financial Application Support Team, the Business Analyst is part of a global team who is responsible for driving and supporting the internal Banking and Finance systems for Citco as well as being involved in key projects on the program roadmap.
This role is focused on the Banking/Treasury systems, providing support and guidance for the Finance teams & wider business stakeholders centering around the Core Banking system of Temeons T24
The team works with all stakeholders to ensure that system design and solutions align to business, regulatory & reporting requirements and strategies in CITCO.
Your Role
- To provide a bridge between the business users and the functional and technical teams to ensure that enhancements and issues are correctly addressed
- Utilize critical thinking, financial skills and experience on banking/treasury systems to propose solutions for enhancements or issues presented.
- Involved in overseeing integrations from the core banking/treasury systems to the Financial ERP application and the Regulatory Reporting application OneSumX
- Exposure to Treasury banking processes, reporting and systems knowledge around one or more product areas such as Securities, Money Markets, current accounts, loans and credit products, FX products and one or more functional areas such as credit risk, finance, payments, treasury etc.
- Ability to quickly gain a full understanding of products, proprietary systems and internal policy. Previous experience in assisting with the integration and change management of financial data into a regulatory application would be desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of complex banking transactions and associated accounting/reporting and related configuration options
- Significant experience of finance systems, finance transformation initiatives and Financial System processes including:
- finance systems architecture
- systems migration and implementation
- general ledger strategy
- regulatory, statutory and management reporting
- finance, risk and treasury integration
- product accounting solutions
- finance and regulatory operating model design and implementation
- integration of finance, risk & treasury solutions
- core finance ledger and Banking sub-ledger

- Understanding of Software development lifecycle
Main Job Functions/Tasks
- Assist with change management and future developments which would impact FP&A and Regulatory reporting outputs in T24, Oracle and One Sum X
- Understand existing integration of T24, Oracle and One Sum X systems
- Oversee the preparation of the month end outputs from T24 for FP&A reporting and the Masterfile data for Regulatory Reporting
- Collate and validate information, examining inputs and outputs, providing summary reports and validation of finance calculations to ensure the FP&A and Regulatory Reporting are accurate and complete
- Assist with Finance testing, developing training materials, and supporting the wider finance community. Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering high quality project or work stream outputs
- Support UAT testing, Create Business test cases
Education, Qualifications and Skills Required
- 3+ years in financial services, with a proven track record of delivering change. Solid project-based experience of working in a Finance function would be advantageous. Accounting qualifications or experience in Bank Finance department is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of at least one FS system application, including Temenos, Oracle, SAP, etc.
