What We Are Looking For

• Frontend: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.
• Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js.
• APIs: Proven experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Database: Proficiency with PostgreSQL and database architecture best practices.
• AI Coding: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for code optimization, maintainability, and scalability.
• Leadership: Experience mentoring developers, leading projects, and overseeing full-stack development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, provide code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• AI Integration: Work with AI models like TensorFlow.js, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face to enhance application functionality.
• System Architecture: Design scalable and efficient application architectures with optimal database structures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams to improve user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure high application performance, security, and scalability.
• Project Management: Oversee development cycles, sprints, and deployments to meet deadlines and business requirements.
• API & Third-Party Integrations: Ensure seamless integrations with external services and APIs.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify issues and provide long-term solutions to enhance application stability.
• Mentorship & Training: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js for backend development.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow.js, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Solid knowledge of cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.60 - ₹1,200,000.11 per year
