Leading Warehousing Solutions Company is Looking for:

This role views their team as their product. They must have the technical capability to dive into the details of any task their team is performing, but their time should also be dedicated to safeguarding the health of the team. They are responsible for ensuring that team commitments are met and must constantly seek ways to improve productivity.

Their responsibilities include, among others:

• Leading the technical team and helping them grow in knowledge and experience.
• Helping define and achieve the team’s OKRs.
• Following established processes for work execution.
• Conducting reviews of project development, quality, validations, go-live, follow-up, and other processes to ensure correct execution.
• Encouraging team decision-making, while making decisions when necessary.
• Controlling development and implementation costs of the team.
• Managing the team’s continuous improvement process.
• Ensuring the quality of the team’s work.
• Contributing to the team’s psychological safety.
• Holding 1:1 meetings WITH_REPLACED team members.
• Interacting WITH_REPLACED customers to perform incident triage.
