Position: Tech Lead Full Stack Developer (MERN)
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Developer to join our development team. As a Lead MERN Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team, designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Knowledge of other frameworks (Next.js, NestJS)
- Expertise in Express.js & TypeScript
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB) or similar cloud platforms
- CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions)
- Guide and mentor developers in best coding practices
- Conduct code reviews and enforce standards
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) & SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a MERN Developer, with 5+ years of experience.
- Extensive experience in building web applications using the MERN stack.
- Solid understanding of MongoDB and database design principles.
- Proficiency in server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong knowledge of React.js and frontend development principles.
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching methodologies and must have experience with one deployment strategy.
- Should have intermediate experience of cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE…
- Should have experience with design patterns like and solid principals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior developers is a plus.
