We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst - Data Analytics to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join the team to help us shape and deliver a roadmap that will grow and develop SGN’s analytics capabilities.

This position requires an energetic and highly focused individual with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and successful previous experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.

We’re looking for an individual who enjoys working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders - the ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical, business, and people skills.

You will act as a ‘translator’ between business, data analytics and other technology teams ensuring that business requirements are translated into appropriate technical documentation to support delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain productive cross-functional relationships with a network of IT delivery teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Help SGN to mature and grow its Analytics Data Platform capabilities, products, and solutions by taking a lead role on key activities through the full project lifecycle, including but not limited to:
• Maintaining a prioritised pipeline of new demand items and features requests for existing products and solutions.
• Creating and delivering content in workshops and seminars - confidently present ideas, concepts, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation (including senior management) to elicit, clarify, translate, and document business requirements (functional and non-functional) as well as generate user stories.
• Supporting business case development through the analysis of business requirements. This includes establishing standardized templates and processes for providing work effort estimates.
• Analysing and documenting business requirements and working with relevant teams to create appropriate technical documentation to facilitate the necessary governance approvals and underpin delivery of the project.
• Collaborating with a range of technical and non-technical audiences to quality assure delivery through testing and into release ensuring the end-product meets the documented business requirements. Providing a link between product owners and the Data & Analytics team throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to feed back into the pipeline
• Contribute to the design and delivery of proof of concept, proof of technology and protype projects.
• Provide thought leadership and help to foster collaborative development.
• Identify opportunities to drive self-serve adoption of our products and services and enablement of business teams to be more self-sufficient in meeting their Data & Analytics requirements.

• Understanding and experience of business analysis skills, techniques, and practices
