Technical Business Analyst

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This role combines analytical responsibilities with the creation of clear, user-focused documentation that supports product understanding, internal processes, and customer enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Work closely with developers, engineers, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Create clear, accurate materials such as user guides, process manuals, FAQs, and system documentation.
• Simplify technical concepts for non-technical users and stakeholders.
• Research technologies and industry trends to ensure up-to-date content and recommendations.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and structure in all project-related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication with product and business goals.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables across fast-paced projects.
• Support project planning, implementation, and performance tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
