The Position here is seeking candidates for a Technical Data Analyst position. As a Technical Data Analyst you will be responsible for the ongoing support for our BI & Analytics platform, Arkalytics. This position will play a crucial role on our service desk team in resolving any incidents or problems WITH_REPLACED the Arkalytics platform in a timely manner and also assist our clients WITH_REPLACED custom development requests. The ideal candidate for this position is a strong problem solver who can troubleshoot independently, but also a team player who can grow into a subject matter expert within the Service Delivery team. This is a client facing role that requires a candidate WITH_REPLACED strong communication and analytical skills WITH_REPLACED a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete accountability of all assigned tickets to meet all SLAs and achieve 100% client satisfaction
• Troubleshoot incidents and problem tickets to identify the root cause of the issues quickly and develop a resolution while following all change management procedures
• Requirement gathering for Data pipeline integration (ELT) development
• Requirement gathering for Data mapping (business logic)
• Develop, review and test code (SQL, Python, BI tool like Tableau and PowerBI)
• Ensure all service desk tickets are in the proper status at all times
• Maintain an active communication WITH_REPLACED the internal team and client
• Monitor Tableau or Power BI Refreshes for success and triage and respond to any failures proactively
• Proactively ensure that for clients, all batch cycle (ETL) process run successfully and respond to any failures proactively
• Work closely WITH_REPLACED the team to identify process improvements within the service delivery team
• Escalate risks and issues on time
• Report work status to team leaders and participate actively in daily standups
• Nightly Batch cycle (US time) Support (Tier 2)
• Additional responsibilities as assigned Requirements
• Bachelor''''''''''''''''s Degree in a relevant field or 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
• Expert in Python and SQL
• Strong experience working in any one Database such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQLServer, Oracle etc
• Experience working WITH_REPLACED visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience in Data Warehousing and BI projects
• Experience WITH_REPLACED AWS
• Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Enthusiastic, learner and driven WITH_REPLACED a positive attitude
• A strong written and verbal communicator WITH_REPLACED experience interacting WITH_REPLACED internal teams and clients
• A desire to completely understand the product and become a subject matter expert as it is necessary in order to properly support the platform
• Experience WITH_REPLACED Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
• A strong understanding of Agile software development life cycle and methodologies
• Proven success driving projects by asking questions, understanding business requirements and translating them into tangible development tasks Preferred Experience
• Experience working on a service desk or service delivery position
• Experience working WITH_REPLACED financial institutions such as Credit unions, Banks
