Technical Lead - App Dev (PHP)

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable SaaS platforms and enterprise-grade web applications.

This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for high-quality software development.

The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, making architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and driving best practices in development, testing, and DevOps integration.

Prior experience with unit testing, code quality tools such as SonarQube, and continuous integration workflows is essential.

PHP (7.x/8.x) – Strong hands-on experience

Laravel Framework – Minimum 4+ years of experience

Experience in building SaaS-based platforms or enterprise-grade web applications

Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Laravel queues, service providers, and Eloquent ORM

Strong experience in writing unit and feature test cases (PHPUnit or similar)

Code quality and static code analysis using SonarQube

Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and versioning best practices

Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization

Experience with Deploying PHP Laravel Applications

Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.)
