YOUR TASKS
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hardware Lead to join our team with 6 -10 years expereince. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in discrete and analog circuit design, with a focus on meeting EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) requirements. This role involves optimizing the Bill of Material (BOM) costs, coordinating with PCB designers using CADENCE Allegro tool, and working closely with customers to define and clarify hardware requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop discrete and analog circuits to meet EMC requirements.
Optimize the cost of electronic parts for BOM.
Coordinate with PCB designers using CADENCE Allegro tool.
Clarify and define hardware requirements with customers through detailed project descriptions.
Analyze and plan hardware development outlay.
Coordinate and track hardware development targets with the project manager regarding quality, costs, and schedules.
Define, plan, coordinate, and monitor hardware development tasks within a development project.
Plan and integrate internal and external sub-suppliers, considering economic, qualitative, and scheduling aspects.
Implement specified escalation scenarios for deviations from hardware development targets.
Ensure compliance with defined technical standards in hardware development.
Create hardware performance specifications and execute modifications.
Develop hardware modules considering quality, logistics, and production requirements.
Arrange detailing work for components and modules.
Analyze, adapt, and optimize existing hardware modules.
Define materials and components in collaboration with the project team.
Develop, prepare, and simulate electronic circuits; create circuit diagrams.
Arrange necessary test specifications and assist with preparing test regulations for new products.
Conduct defined reviews for hardware development throughout the process.
Assist with processing customer complaints about series devices and manufacturing difficulties.
Check the possibility of applying for intellectual property rights and involve the patent department if necessary.
Prepare documentation, including bills of material, circuit diagrams, simulations, and FMEAs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree BE /B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics
Proven experience in discrete and analog circuit design.
Familiarity with EMC requirements and optimization of BOM costs.
Proficiency in CADENCE Allegro tool for PCB design.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of hardware development standards and guidelines.
