Job Overview: The Technical Lead - Liveable Places will be responsible for overseeing project delivery in the iCRC Liveable places team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and error-free outputs. The role involves technical mentorship, fostering professional growth within the team, and driving progress towards chartership.

- Develop approach to technical delivery in bids and projects.
- Specify resources for delivery, checking and approval of project deliverables
- Interface with UK Project Manager and Team Leaders to mobilise teams on projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure all deliverables from the GCC Liveable places team meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Implement robust quality control processes to identify and rectify errors promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align modelling standards with organizational goals.
- Encourage and support team members in their journey towards professional chartership.
- Provide resources and opportunities for professional development and certification.
- Recognize and reward progress and achievements in professional growth.
