Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and best practices to ensure high-quality code and optimized performance.
- Fullstack Development: Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using .Net Core for back-end development and Angular/React for front-end interfaces.
- Microservices Architecture: Build and manage microservices architecture for modular, scalable, and maintainable software applications.
- Azure DevOps: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and other Azure DevOps tools to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.
- Cloud Integration: Work with Azure Cloud Services to design, implement, and manage cloud-based applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and roadblocks, ensuring minimal downtime and performance optimization.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide solutions, and communicate progress effectively.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and development guidelines to ensure clarity and continuity across the team.
- 10-16 years of professional experience in fullstack development, with a focus on .Net Core, Microservices, and Angular/React.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in Angular or React for building modern, responsive web applications.
- Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and building RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automation.
- Experience working with Azure Cloud services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, etc.
- Strong knowledge/experience in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
