Our Global Customer Success team works with clients to solve a wide variety of technology challenges. Using both industry standard and cutting-edge technologies, our consultants develop innovative, custom solutions that extend, enhance, and integrate Anthology’s enterprise products. Our Technical Leads work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and interface directly with clients daily, often on multiple concurrent engagements.
As Technical Lead, you will work directly with our clients to identify, define, and implement complex system deployments and integrations within the Anthology suite of products, including student information systems data integrations, product extension implementations, installations, upgrades, and high-availability architecture design and implementation.

As Technical Lead, you will work directly with our clients to identify, define, and implement complex system deployments and integrations within the Anthology suite of products, including student information systems data integrations, product extension implementations, installations, upgrades, and high-availability architecture design and implementation.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Technical leadership and contribution to the integration area of practice
- Documenting existing business processes and data flows
- Translating business requirements for complex integration and implementation Anthology technologies into implementation alternatives and providing approach recommendations
- Translating recommended approach into technical requirements, specifications, and design for implementing Anthology applications and integrating with other systems
- Designing, setting up, and configuring systems integration solutions including third-party authentication, inbound and outbound integrations, based on business requirements and technical specifications
- Researching and troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to client team as needed
- Conducting structured technical mentoring, training, and workshops; providing targeted knowledge transfer as needed
- Technical leadership and contribution to the integrations area of practice, assisting in technical implementation planning in close collaboration with other project team members
- Integrating Anthology applications with other COTS software
- Researching and troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to client team as needed
- Coaching and mentoring junior consultants
- Leadership in the development and maintenance of body of knowledge in integrations area of practice
- Acting as a liaison between consulting developers and PSSC consultants
- Providing technical guidance for team members as needed
- Reviewing cases for technical progress
- Attending all strategic client calls like Rasmussen, Yorkville etc. and own the technical discussions along with the technical consultants
- Case reviews for quality, customer response,
- Case Quality is defined as well explained solutions/updates, code checkin’s, testing and documentation updates.
- Overall process improvements and documentation
Required skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of related experience in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing capacity in the Systems Integrations domain, ERP, and consulting experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience integrating, configuring, and troubleshooting SaaS systems
- Working knowledge of Cloud based resources, REST APIs and data model in Azure SQL
- Previous experience in the education or knowledge management industry and e-learning technologies, including at least one year specifically with Anthology technologies
- Demonstrated leadership within the applicable technical area of expertise
- Excellent communication (oral and written), analytical, and consulting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent work ethic and drive, great interpersonal skills, team oriented, and demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with geographically distributed virtual teams and to build relationships with internal and external organizations
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills, and ability to manage expectations effectively when handling multiple assignments simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Proven ability to learn new technologies as needed
- Demonstrated problem-solving and mentoring skills
- Flexible work schedule to meet client needs
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Written and spoken fluency in a language in addition to English (Spanish preferred)
- Consulting experience
- Azure Certification
- Working knowledge of Git or similar source code repository
