What You'll Do

• Must have experience in architect and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) integrations (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Good experience in crafting and maintaining the Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes.
• Must have experience in Managing the enterprise PAM solution (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic) to secure high-value credentials.
• Experience on maintaining the health and hygiene of Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Working experience on Password less Authentication for organization .
• Must be able to drive the migration of legacy applications to modern authentication standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Should have experience in implementing and managing Identity Governance & Administration IGA platforms e.g (SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle, Azure Identity Governance).
• Strong knowledge on Just-in-Time" (JIT) access and session recording for administrators.
• Maintain RBAC/ABAC models and ensure least-privilege access design.
• Should be able to monitor IAM logs to detect anomalous behaviour and blocking issue.
• Should be able to configure and investigate and finetuned identity-based attacks (e.g., impossible travel, token theft, brute force).
• Build, deploy, and maintain enterprise Data Loss Prevention solutions such as Microsoft Purview.
• Architect, deploy, and tune DLP solutions across various channels including Endpoint, Network, Email, and Cloud.
• Manage data discovery tools for structured and unstructured data environments.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native data protection controls like Defender for Cloud Apps, CASB, and CSPM.
• Analyze DLP incidents, perform root cause analysis, and refine rules to reduce false positives.
• Coordinate data encryption solutions for data at rest, in transit, and in use.
• Implement data labeling, auto labeling, SITs, and custom SITs.
• Configure DLP and IRM policies, rules, incident workflows, and response automation.
• Build documentation including SOPs, runbooks, architectural diagrams, and policy standards.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on Data Protection/DLP & IAM
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise DLP solutions including Microsoft Purview/DLP, Symantec/Broadcom, and Forcepoint.
• Experience with CASB solutions and Data Classification tools.
• Strong understanding of encryption algorithms, tokenization, data masking, and hashing.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or SQL for automation and reporting.
• Ability to explain complex data risks to non-technical collaborators.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, or vendor-specific DLP certifications are preferred.
• Experience using behavioral analytics powered by artificial intelligence to detect anomalous data exfiltration.
• Familiarity with forensic artifacts and evidence handling.
