We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in S/4 HANA UI5 - ABAP OData and S/4 HANA Data Modeling. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of S/4 HANA UI5 applications to enhance business processes and user experience.
- Oversee the design and optimization of S/4 HANA Data Models to ensure efficient data management and retrieval.
- Provide technical expertise in ABAP OData services to support seamless integration and data exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system enhancements and user training.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
- Support the deployment of customer experience offerings by leveraging domain expertise in customer analytics.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize resource utilization.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize hybrid work model to effectively balance in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.
- Possess strong experience in S/4 HANA UI5
- ABAP OData development and implementation.
- Demonstrate expertise in S/4 HANA Data Modeling and its application in business scenarios.
- Have a good understanding of customer experience offerings and customer analytics.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show proficiency in technical documentation and communication skills.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
