*Job Overview: *

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in both front-end frameworks (React / Vue) and back-end technologies Python (with FastAPI), Java to lead our development team in Bangalore. You will play a pivotal role in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, guiding technical decisions, and mentoring team members. *Key Responsibilities: *

• Lead and manage end-to-end full-stack development projects using Python/Flask, Java/Springboot, ReactJS, and Next.js.
• Design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to build high-impact, user-centric features.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Mentor and guide developers through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and continuous feedback.
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and automated deployments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability; troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve scalability and performance.
• Design and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices for high availability and reliability.

*Required Skills & Qualifications: *

• 5–8 years of experience in full-stack development using Python/Flask, Java/Springboot, ReactJS, and Next.js
• Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable system design.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure design (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, Lambda, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, technical decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
• Experience in designing, optimizing, and managing cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to data-driven product development and analytics tools.
