About The Role

The Technical Lead is responsible for driving the design, development, and modernization of enterprise digital platforms and cloud-native applications. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural vision, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Key Stakeholders/Partners: Product Managers & Product Owners, Web Platform Architects and Delivery Leads, Development Teams (Front-end, Back-end), QA/Testing, Security, and DevOps/SRE, External partners (e.g., Sitecore TAM, hosting/CDN providers).
  • Architect and lead solutions for enterprise web platforms and cloud-native applications.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Lead modernization initiatives including migration from legacy systems to cloud-native solutions.
  • Design and implement API-driven architectures, microservices, and containerized deployments.
  • Drive AI adoption through Generative AI, RAG, and autonomous agent workflows using Azure AI Foundry.
  • Implement semantic, vector, and hybrid search solutions leveraging Azure AI Search.
  • Oversee Sitecore XM/XM Cloud architecture, upgrades, and multi-region deployments.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, and cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
  • Act as technical escalation point for high-severity incidents; perform RCA and deliver long-term fixes.
  • Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and release governance.

About you

  • 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, APIM, Service Bus).
  • Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Sitecore XM/XM Cloud, and modern web frameworks (Next.js, React).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI (GPT models), and AI-driven automation.
  • Knowledge of Azure AI Search (semantic, vector, hybrid) and intelligent content workflows.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and release orchestration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sitecore certifications (XM Cloud, .NET Developer) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance (GDPR, OWASP).
  • Exposure to LLM-integrated platforms and AI orchestration.
  • Successful delivery of modernization and AI integration projects.
  • Reduction in technical debt and improved platform performance.
