About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on development experience and demonstrated expertise in leading technical teams. This role involves driving software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  
  

• Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and nurture technical expertise within the team.
• Resolve technical and interpersonal challenges within the team.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals.
• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  
  

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
• Communicate technical concepts and project statuses to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  
  

• Lead process improvements to enhance team efficiency and software quality.
• Drive innovation by proposing new tools, frameworks, or methodologies.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
  
  

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong front-end development experience with React or Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
  
  

• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.

• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools such as Jira.
