Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architects, and engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in decision-making, technology selection, and ensuring best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and other technical staff.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software solutions.
• Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define technical requirements.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and code reviews.
• Make critical decisions on architecture, frameworks, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in project estimation, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Maintain documentation of technical designs, processes, and workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Previous experience in a startup or EdTech Product-based company.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, PMP, etc.).
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in [Specify Programming Languages, e.g Angular , PHP , Laravel, React, JavaScript,HTML, CSS etc.].
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in system architecture, microservices, and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
