Job Description: Lead I - Software Engineering (Python,React,Aws)
Location: Kochi
Exp: 5 -7yrs
Notice Period: Immediate to 30days
Mandatory Skill: Python,React,Aws
Required Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
- Mastery in back-end development with Python.
- Proven UI/UX development experience using React, preferably with Material UI or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Internal Developer Platform architectures, with experience in platforms like Backstage a plus.
- Practical experience designing and implementing cloud architectures on AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and deployment tools like ArgoCD.
- Experience with continuous delivery pipelines such as Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, with expertise in performance, scalability, and resiliency.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders for requirements gathering and backlog refinement.
- Experience working in agile environments with knowledge of testing approaches like Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-native platform solutions and modern DevOps practices.
- Exposure to self-healing infrastructure and advanced automation techniques.
- Passion for enhancing developer experience and productivity within an organisation.
