Summary of the position

Technical Lead to provide technical mentorship & support to developer(s) / engineer in

development Team and mainly responsible the quality of its technical deliverables

The role is a for lead developer who is technology/platform expert to fulfil technical

benchmark out of team.

Role would focus on:

• Quality of Technical Deliveries
• Mentoring developer/engineers
• Providing hands-on for Project/Product
  
  

Key accountabilities

• As ‘Technical Lead’ you will be senior technical person in team who drives the
  
  

Technical Decisions About Product/project, Helps Other Developers/customer On

technical fronts and defines technical standards

• Responsible for leading a developer/engineering team for quality of technology
  
  

deliverable such and working closely with architecture team

• Responsible to remain hands-on with code, unit testing, design & architecture for
  
  

product/project

• Expert in platform or framework i.e. .Net Technical Lead, Java Technical Lead as
  
  

they are specialised in those platform

• Well versed with platform specific tools, framework, best practices
• To mentor to all the individual member of service - provide day to day guidance and
  
  

support for their increased productivity and quality service
