Job Title: Technical Lead

Job Location: Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana

Experience Required: 9-11 years

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in Node.js and a solid foundation in Python, AI/ML, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor the engineering team, and work cross-functionally to design scalable, high-performance solutions—infused with the power of AI and Generative AI wherever applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of software projects in collaboration with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Architect and develop scalable backend solutions using Node.js and Python, with cloud deployments on AWS.
• Explore and integrate AI/ML models to solve business problems and automate intelligent workflows.
• Guide the team with strong code standards, peer reviews, and technical mentorship.
• Work on enhancing APIs, microservices, and backend performance with middleware concepts, async patterns (Promises, async/await), and unit testing.
• Identify opportunities for innovation using GenAI, data analytics, and automation.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve product efficiency and development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development and API design.
• Solid experience with Python and understanding of core Machine Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with databases: NoSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB.
• Good understanding of DevOps tools and infrastructure: Docker, ECS, EC2, Jenkins.
• Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills.
• Prior experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
