Role description

We are actively seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Full Stack) with a proven track record of 7 to 10 years in the industry. As a Tech Lead, you will lead and guide our Technology team in developing cutting-edge software solutions. Proficiency in Angular, .NET Core, Node JS, Azure basics, along with expertise in JIRA and Scrum methodologies, is essential for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and expertise
• Drive the full software development life cycle, from planning and requirements analysis to deployment
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration when beneficial
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Utilize JIRA and follow Scrum methodologies for efficient project management
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software solutions as needed
• Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹513,676.46 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
